Hello!
My name is Careen and I am a Personal Trainer based at Commando Tough in Caringbah. Since I've been working as a Personal Trainer my clients have been seeing great results. I specialise in weight loss and body sculpting and take my role as a Personal Trainer seriously!
I have a background in cross country and athletics and have represented the Shoalhaven in both these events. I enjoy competing in Bikini Competitions and will be starting my very own bikini team in the near future.
I provide my clients with the skills, knowledge and motivation that ensures you exercise and eat in the right manner to not only reach your goals, but achieve results you wouldn't have thought possible.
My Personal Training experience extends from beginner exercisers who have never entered a gym to advanced training for specific needs.
